No sporting experience? No problem!

Our tournament is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all.

So whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete novice, there’ll be an event for you and everyone is welcome to join in the action.

From Benchball to Quizzes, mini-Olympics to Nerf, we’ve got lots planned. Best of all, it's completely free to participate and you don’t need to bring anything!

Teams spots are limited, but we’ll try and let as many people have a chance to get involved in the events as possible, meaning you can sub in and out of different events.

So grab your friends, lace up your trainers, and get ready to make some memories in our ResLife Sports Cup!

How to take part

Exclusively for students living on our Canterbury campus, you can find out more about each event via the Home at Halls app

If you see an event you want to take part in, register via the Home at Halls app as soon as possible to secure your spot in the action.

Each University of Kent college can put forward a maximum of two teams (eight players each) per event. We want as many residents as possible to be able to get involved so team participants can change between events meaning you can play to your strengths and pick which events you want to join.

All participants must be current residents and will need an active Kent Sport membership in order to take part in activities. You can create your account online quickly and easily.
