The University will be closed from Wednesday 20 December 2023, reopening on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
The online store will close from Friday 15 December 2023 and reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Items such as lost ID cards, alumni degree certificates, alumni transcripts and alumni status letters, along with any emails, will be processed on our return on a first come, first served basis - please do not resend your original request.
The Student Record Administration Office (SRAO) teams are responsible for student registration, Online Module Registration, record updating, operational management of exams (including adapted arrangements), exam result processing, current and alumni document processing, timetabling and academic data changes.
