24/7 support - phone, text and web

Kent students have access to 24/7 online, phone and text services for mental health and wellbeing support:

  • Spectrum Life offers 24/7 emergency expert mental health support via phone, text, or WhatsApp.
  •  Togetherall offers Peer-to-peer anonymous online discussion, courses and self-assessments. Clinically moderated.

We have a number of ways to help staff look after their mental health, from our Employee Assistance Programme, to Mental Health Allies you can get in touch with and HR support.
